Welcome to the new Growing Strong Together / Body Building God's Way (BBGW) website.
Before you can access the BBGW content, you need to first create an account.

To your left you will see a link that says "Create new account" click on that link, then fill out the form to create your account.

Once you have created your account, check your email for a "verification link" that will be sent.

Once you have verified your account, click on the "Body Building God's Way" link either in the top menu or the Main menu to view the lesson content.
